Our Story

BistrotVan was born in Vancouver in 2020, when Stephane Gallien and his family started serving authentic French crêpes from their food truck on a cold January day in Kitsilano.

What started as a small family adventure has grown into a unique French crêpe catering experience, serving companies, private celebrations and public events throughout Metro Vancouver.

Today, corporate catering is at the heart of BistrotVan. From office lunches and staff appreciation days to company celebrations, holiday parties and large corporate events, we bring a fresh, fun and memorable food experience directly to your workplace.

Our crêpes are made fresh on site, right in front of your guests, with a selection of savoury and sweet recipes, as well as gluten-free and vegan options. Whether you're planning lunch for your team or an event for several hundred guests, we adapt our service to your needs.

With our BistrotVan food trucks and pop-up crêpe stations, we can cater at offices, corporate campuses, indoor venues and outdoor events across Metro Vancouver.

We also bring our French culture into schools through interactive cooking workshops, and offer team-building experiences where making crêpes becomes a fun way to connect, collaborate and share a memorable moment together.
